Made in Tokyo, formed and founded in the Architectural Association, London.
Obsessed with the unseen and unconscious systems of the city and its people, she works in a variety of media to decode and expose the anatomy of ordinary and everyday.
Her works were exhibited at London's Cubitt Gallery, Crafts Council, former St. Pancras Chambers, AA, Camden Art Centre (curated by Richard Wentworth), Chelsea College's Triangle Space, and at Theatre Festival in Chefchaouen, Morocco. Also included in publications (Architectural Design, AA Files, and others) and BBC program 'UK Today'.
Her involvement in architectural projects, whilst working in practices, scopes mainly in public/cultural realm such as London's Hayward Gallery, Young Vic, Royal Festival Hall, Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and Dublin Grand Canal Theatre.
She teaches at Chelsea College of Art & Design, also has taught in a number of other courses. She is also a freelance photographer, writer, occasional site-specific installation artist.
