Knut Birkholz is an independent exhibition curator and author, especially in the fields of architectural critique and literary fiction. He published widely in different architectural magazines, and contributed to various art projects and festivals. He won several prizes in architectural competitions, and was nominated for the „open mike“-prize for short stories in 2007. Currently, he is mainly working on his first novel. Knut Birkholz lives since 2003 in Rotterdam.
